It is winter in Bacău. In the shelter of the Romanian Foundation Fundatia "la-ti acasa un prieten" in Bacău is a lot of snow. Although some dogs loves it to run through the snow, it is cold and wet. Certainly at temperatures below 0 degrees, it is a difficult task.
